Where does the saying come from… simply put; eat real food - God made it right the first time, lift what YOUR heavy is because you can, and know Who you’re building your foundation on.
EAT MEAT: according to Genesis chapter One, God gave dominion over the earth and animals to man. Never to abuse or or neglect. But to lovingly steward His creation.

LIFT HEAVY: accordion to Philippians 4:13, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. ALL THINGS. Heavy is relative and when we know WHO strengthens us, we have seen we truly can do all things.
LOVE JESUS: it’s simple. Profound. And the most needed thing in all this world. LOVE. And the more we LOVE JESUS, we can recognize how much He loved us first. There is a filling that comes with this knowing that enables us to pour out what we have been so filled with…. LOVE
